When members cancel, they keep access until their billing period ends. You get notified immediately, and you can use this opportunity to understand why they're leaving and potentially offer a win-back incentive.

How cancellation works

Members can cancel anytime from their member portal. When they cancel, their subscription stops renewing, but they keep full access to your content until their current billing period ends.

For example, if someone pays monthly and cancels on the 15th, they have access until the last day of that month. Annual members keep access for the full year they've paid for.

You're notified immediately

You receive an email notification the moment someone cancels, including their name, email, and how long they were subscribed. This lets you respond quickly if you want to reach out personally.

Your dashboard also updates in real-time. The Members tab shows their new status as "Cancelled" with their access end date clearly displayed.

Understanding churn patterns

Your Members tab tracks your churn rate and shows patterns over time. You can see if cancellations spike at certain times or follow specific trends.

Export your full member list as CSV to analyze cancellation patterns in detail. This data helps you improve your membership offering and retention strategy.

Win-back strategies

Consider reaching out personally to members who cancel, especially long-term subscribers. A simple message asking for feedback often reveals fixable issues.
