Pricing & Plans
Starter covers everything you need to sell, grow, and email your audience — products, services, memberships, broadcasts, analytics, referrals, and one custom domain. Pro adds up to five custom domains, pixel tracking (Meta, Google, TikTok), unlimited reviews, 5,000 email sends per month instead of 1,000, and the ability to remove the OwnYour badge from your store.
Lifetime pricing means you pay once and your plan never bills you again. Starter Lifetime is $899. Pro Lifetime is $2,499. Your store runs as long as OwnYour runs — no monthly or annual charges, ever.
Lifetime pricing is available for the first three months after launch only. After that window closes, it closes permanently.
There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Monthly plans cancel at any time and your store stays active until the end of your current billing period.
Your store stays live until the end of your billing period. Export your data before it lapses — your email list, your subscriber list, your transaction history. Everything comes with you.

Payments & Stripe
Yes. OwnYour takes nothing from your revenue. Every dollar your buyers pay goes directly to your Stripe account. Stripe charges their standard processing fee — that's between you and Stripe.
OwnYour takes 0%. No platform fee. No revenue share. Every dollar your buyer pays lands in your Stripe account, minus Stripe's processing fee.
You need Stripe to accept payments. You can build your store and set up your products without it, but connecting Stripe is what makes your products purchasable. See Connect Stripe in the Help Center for setup instructions.
Your buyers pay through Stripe Connect and the money goes directly to your Stripe account — OwnYour is never in the middle. Stripe deposits to your bank account on their standard schedule, typically within two business days of each sale.
Stripe controls your payout schedule. Most creators see deposits within two business days of a sale. You can adjust your payout schedule directly in your Stripe account settings.
OwnYour is available wherever Stripe Connect is available. Check the full list of supported countries at stripe.com/global.
You accept payments in the currency your Stripe account is configured for. Most creators charge in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion for international buyers.
OwnYour processes payments through Stripe. Buyers can use any card Stripe accepts — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.
Stripe is one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. They hold PCI DSS Level 1 certification — the highest level of payment security available. OwnYour stores no card details. All payment handling happens entirely through Stripe.
OwnYour sends your buyer an automatic payment recovery email with a direct link to update their payment method. For membership payments, the subscription moves to past due status and the member sees a clear prompt in their portal to resolve it.
Refunds go directly from you to your buyer through Stripe — OwnYour does not process refunds. Log into your Stripe dashboard, find the payment, and issue the refund from there. The money returns to your buyer within five to ten business days depending on their bank.
Tax obligations depend on your location and your buyers' locations. OwnYour does not calculate or collect tax on your behalf. If you need to collect tax, Stripe offers Stripe Tax as a separate service. Speak with a tax professional about your specific obligations.
Your Store
You can sell digital products, services, and memberships on OwnYour — guides, templates, files, coaching sessions, consultations, workshops, and recurring access. If you create knowledge, content, or time-based offerings, OwnYour handles it.
Yes. Upload any file — PDF, video, audio, zip, template — and OwnYour delivers it to your buyer automatically after purchase. Your buyer gets a download link by email with no manual work from you.
Any file type. PDF, MP4, MP3, ZIP, PNG, PSD, EPUB, Canva templates, spreadsheets — if you can upload it, your buyers can download it. OwnYour doesn't restrict file types on downloadable products.
The maximum file size for product uploads is 50MB per file.
Yes. Set the price to $0 and your product is free. Free products still capture your buyer's email address so they join your audience automatically — one of the best ways to grow your list.
Yes. Add a service to your store with your availability, set your price, and buyers book directly. They pay at booking. You get a confirmation email. Your calendar fills without you having to chase anyone.
Yes. Create percentage or fixed-amount discount codes from the Content section of your dashboard. Share your code and buyers enter it at checkout. You set the discount amount and when it expires.

A spotlight URL is a direct link to a specific product on your store. Instead of sending someone to your full store, you send them straight to your offer — for example, yourname.ownyour.store/coaching. You set the slug when you create the product.
Yes. After a purchase, OwnYour sends your buyer a review request. Verified reviews appear publicly on your store. Starter includes up to five reviews. Pro includes unlimited reviews.
Memberships
You create a membership product with a name, price, and billing interval. Buyers subscribe on your store and pay via Stripe. The money goes directly to you every billing cycle — OwnYour takes nothing.
Members get access to your member portal — a personal page where they can see their membership status, your messages to them, and the benefits you've described. You control the welcome message and what's included.
Yes. Set your billing interval to monthly or annual when you create the membership product. Each product has one interval. Create two products if you want to offer both.
Yes. Set your membership price to $0. Members subscribe without a card, join your audience, and you can message them and upgrade them later.
Yes. When creating a membership product, check the Subscription product box and enter the number of free trial days — up to 30. Your member's card is saved at signup and charges automatically when the trial ends.
When a member cancels, their access continues until the end of their current billing period. Their portal goes inactive after that. You receive a notification when they cancel.
Yes. Members can pause their membership for 30 days from their portal. Billing pauses and resumes automatically. Enable or disable the pause option from your dashboard.
Yes. Set up a cancel flow in your dashboard — offer a percentage discount for one billing cycle or forever. When a member tries to cancel, they see your offer before the cancellation goes through.
The member portal matches your store's branding and colour scheme. Members see their membership details, your messages to them, and their billing information — clean, personal, and on-brand.
Members receive a magic link by email when they subscribe. Each link is single-use and expires in 15 minutes. Members can request a new link at any time from the portal login page.
Yes. Send a message to any member from their profile in your dashboard. The message appears in their portal the next time they log in.
Yes. Members can reply to your messages from inside their portal and their reply appears in your dashboard.
Pay What You Want
Pay What You Want lets your buyers choose what they pay above a minimum you set. You set the floor. They set the amount. Some buyers pay the minimum. Others pay more. You keep all of it.
Yes. Set your minimum price when you create the product. Buyers can't pay less than your minimum. There's no maximum.
Yes. Pay What You Want uses Stripe Connect — the same payment system as all your other products.
Pay What You Want currently works on digital products. Recurring membership pricing is a fixed amount set by you.
Email & Broadcasting
Yes. Everyone who buys from you or subscribes joins your audience automatically. Send a broadcast from your dashboard to reach them all at once.
You choose who receives each broadcast. Send to your full audience — everyone who has purchased, booked, or subscribed — or narrow it to your members only, or to buyers of a specific product. Starter includes 1,000 sends per month. Pro includes 5,000. Each recipient per email counts as one send.
Yes. When composing a broadcast, select the Members segment to send only to your active subscribers. You can also filter by specific membership product to reach buyers of that product only.
Yes. Set a send date and time when you compose your broadcast. OwnYour sends it automatically at the time you choose.
Starter includes 1,000 sends per month. Pro includes 5,000. Each recipient per email counts as one send — so a broadcast to 200 people uses 200 of your monthly sends.
Yes. CAN-SPAM law requires a physical mailing address in every commercial email. Add yours in the Business Address section of your dashboard before sending your first broadcast.
OwnYour sends through Postmark, one of the most trusted email delivery services available. Relevant content, clear subject lines, and an engaged list are the real factors that determine inbox placement.
Yes. Set up an email automation in the Email section of your dashboard and OwnYour sends a sequence of emails automatically when someone new subscribes to your membership. You write the emails once. OwnYour delivers them on the schedule you set.
Analytics
Your dashboard shows you the numbers that matter — in plain language.
Store analytics: how many people visited your store, how many were new, how long they stayed, and what percentage bought something (your conversion rate).
Revenue analytics: total money earned, average sale amount, and your best-selling products.
Membership analytics: your monthly recurring revenue (MRR — what you earn every month from subscriptions), your annual run rate (ARR — your MRR projected over 12 months), how many active members you have, and your churn rate (the percentage of members who cancel each month). A 90-day chart shows whether your membership is growing, holding, or declining.
Your Payments tab includes a complete log of every transaction.
Yes. Your analytics dashboard shows total page views and unique visitors with 7-day and 30-day trend data so you can see whether your traffic is growing. OwnYour tracks visit counts and patterns — not individual visitor identities.
Yes. Your analytics dashboard tracks your conversion rate — the percentage of store visitors who make a purchase. Check it alongside your traffic data to understand how well your store is converting.

Yes. Export your full audience as a CSV from the Audience section under the Email tab in your dashboard. One click, any time.
Yes. Export your full subscriber list as a CSV from the Members section of your dashboard. One click, any time.
Your data remains exportable after your billing period ends — you can still log in and download your lists even after your plan lapses. New data will not be collected once your account is inactive, but everything already there stays available for export.
If OwnYour shuts down with advance notice, export your email list, subscriber list, and transaction history as CSVs from your dashboard before the lights go off. Your Stripe account stays yours regardless — it is between you and Stripe. Your custom domain stays yours.
If OwnYour shut down overnight with no warning, your data would remain in our database. What we can tell you is that OwnYour stores your data in standard formats with no proprietary lock-in — email lists as plain records, transactions in standard fields — so recovery and migration would be straightforward.

Yes. Purchase your domain from any registrar — Namecheap, Google Domains, GoDaddy, or wherever you prefer. OwnYour connects to it. OwnYour does not sell domains.

Yes. Connect a subdomain like store.yourname.com using the same DNS steps as a root domain.

Yes. Refer another creator to OwnYour and earn 20% of their subscription revenue every month for as long as they stay subscribed. No cap. No expiry. Your referral link is in the Home section of your dashboard.

Yes. Every Starter store displays a "Powered by OwnYour" badge that includes your referral link automatically. Anyone who clicks that badge and signs up is credited to you — no extra work required.
Yes. Your personal referral link in the Home section of your dashboard works independently of the badge. Share your link anywhere and earn 20% of every referred creator's subscription for as long as they stay subscribed — whether or not your badge is visible on your store.

Trust & Security
Yes. OwnYour runs on encrypted infrastructure with daily backups. All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and stored securely. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — OwnYour stores no card details.
