Schedule a Broadcast

Write your email today and send it later. Perfect for planning content in advance, coordinating with launches, or sending messages while you're away. You can schedule one-off broadcasts or set up recurring messages.

Create your broadcast

Go to your dashboard and open the Email tab. Click Compose Broadcast to start writing your message. Add a subject line and write your content just like any email broadcast.

Before scheduling, preview your message and choose your audience — all members, specific membership tiers, or custom segments. The scheduling options appear once your content is ready.

Set send time

Instead of clicking Send Now, click Schedule. Choose your date and time in your local timezone. Consider when your audience is most likely to read emails — typically Tuesday through Thursday, 10am to 2pm.

You can schedule broadcasts up to 90 days in advance. The system sends your message automatically at the specified time, even if you're offline.

Manage scheduled broadcasts

Scheduled broadcasts appear in the Email tab under Scheduled. You can edit, reschedule, or cancel any broadcast before it sends. Once sent, it moves to your Sent folder with delivery stats.

For recurring messages like weekly updates or monthly newsletters, set up the recurrence pattern when scheduling. Each instance can be individually edited if needed.

Monitor delivery

Scheduled broadcasts send automatically and you receive a confirmation email when delivery starts. Check your Email tab to see delivery rates, open rates, and any bounce notifications.

If you need to send a follow-up or correction, you can duplicate a sent broadcast and modify it rather than writing from scratch. This saves time for similar messages.
