Add a Service

Offer bookable time slots — coaching calls, strategy sessions, consultations, or any service where a buyer picks a time and you show up. Every booking captures the buyer's email automatically.

Stripe is required for paid bookings
Services with a price require Stripe Connect to be set up before buyers can book. Free services work without Stripe. See Connect Stripe if you haven't connected yet.

How to add a service

    Open the Content tab
    In your dashboard, click Content in the sidebar. Scroll down to the Services section and click + Add Service.

    Fill in the service details
    Enter the service name, a short description, the price, and the duration in minutes. These are what buyers see on your store page.

    Set your availability
    Choose which days of the week you are available and set your time slots for each day. Buyers will only be able to book during the times you specify.
    Availability applies per service. Each service has its own schedule — you can offer a 30-minute call on weekdays and a 90-minute session on weekends with different availability for each.

    Save your service
    Click Save. Your service appears on your store immediately. No publish step needed — services go live as soon as they are saved.

How bookings work

  1. 1
    Buyer picks a time
    Visitors to your store see your available time slots on a calendar. They select a date and time, enter their name and email, and complete the booking.
  2. 2
    Payment is collected (paid services)
    For paid services, the buyer pays via Stripe at the time of booking. The payment goes directly to your connected Stripe account — OwnYour takes no cut.
  3. 3
    Confirmation emails are sent automatically
    As soon as a booking is confirmed, both you and the buyer receive a confirmation email with the booking details. No manual follow-up needed.

Managing your services

  1. Hide or show a service
    Use the eye toggle on any service card to hide it from your public store without deleting it. Hidden services remain in your dashboard and can be re-shown at any time.
  2. Mark as Coming Soon
    Enable the Coming Soon toggle to show the service on your store with a "Coming Soon" badge. The book button is replaced with a "Notify Me" option so buyers can register interest before you open bookings.
