Every product builds your email list
Whether a product is free or paid, every person who gets it provides their email. That email is added to your audience automatically — no extra setup needed.
How to add a product

1Open the Content tabIn your dashboard, click Content in the sidebar. Scroll down to the Products section and click + Add Product.

2Fill in the product detailsEnter the product name, a short description, and an optional thumbnail image. These are what buyers see on your store page.

3Set the priceEnter a price in the Price field. To make the product free, enter 0. You can also add a Compare at price to show strikethrough pricing on your store.Free products: The buyer enters their email and receives the file link automatically. No Stripe required.
Paid products: The buyer pays via Stripe and receives the file link in their confirmation email. Stripe must be connected first — see Connect Stripe. -
4Add the file URLPaste the link to your downloadable file in the File URL field. This is the link buyers receive after purchase. You can use any file hosting service — Google Drive, Dropbox, your own server.

5Save your productClick Save. Your product appears on your store immediately. No publish step needed — products go live as soon as they are saved.
Managing your products

Hide or show a productUse the eye toggle on any product card to hide it from your public store without deleting it. Useful for seasonal items or products you are revising.

Mark as Coming SoonEnable the Coming Soon toggle to show the product on your store with a "Coming Soon" badge. The buy button is replaced with a "Notify Me" option so buyers can register their interest before you launch.
