Email & Audience

Send a Broadcast

A broadcast is an email sent to every person who has ever purchased from your store. Your audience builds automatically with every transaction — no manual import needed.

Business address required before your first send
Email law (CAN-SPAM) requires a physical business address in every broadcast. Add yours in your dashboard under Settings → Business Address before composing your first broadcast. You will not be able to send without it.

How to send a broadcast

  1. 1
    Open the Email tab
In your dashboard, click Email in the sidebar. The Audience section is at the top.
  2. 2
    Click Compose
Click the Compose button in the Audience section header. A compose form appears below with fields for your subject line and message body.
  3. 3
    Write your subject and message
Enter your subject line (up to 200 characters) and your message in the body field. Broadcasts are plain text — no HTML formatting needed.
  4. 4
    Send the broadcast
Click Send Broadcast. A confirmation prompt shows the number of recipients before the send completes. Every recipient receives an unsubscribe link automatically — this is handled for you.
Send now only. Broadcasts send immediately — there is no scheduling option. You can review your broadcast history in the Audience section after sending.

Your audience

  1. Who is in your audience
Everyone who has purchased a product or booked a service from your store is added to your audience automatically. Their email is captured at the time of purchase — you do not need to import or add anyone manually.
  2. Unsubscribes are handled automatically
Every broadcast includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Anyone who unsubscribes is removed from future broadcasts automatically. You can see your unsubscribe count in the Audience section.
