Anniversary Emails

OwnYour checks every morning for members who have reached a milestone since they joined. When a member hits their one-month, three-month, six-month, or one-year anniversary, OwnYour sends them a personal email that day.

The email comes from you — your name, your membership — and goes to the member's inbox. Each milestone fires once per member, per membership. A member who has been with you for a year receives all four anniversary emails over that year.

Anniversary emails go to active, paused, and trialing members. Cancelled members do not receive anniversary emails.

If a member cancels and later resubscribes, their new subscription starts a fresh anniversary clock from the new join date.

Anniversary emails are on for every membership by default. There is nothing to turn on, nothing to schedule, and no templates to edit. OwnYour handles everything.

Custom anniversary email content is coming in a future update. For now, OwnYour sends a brief, warm note on your behalf at each milestone.
